ULM completes the Pre-Feasibility Study for Polokhivske lithium project

April 22, 2024

In April 2024, ULM completed the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for its Polokhivske lithium deposit, confirming the lithium ore reserves of the deposit as well as strong economic parameters necessitating the decision to progress the project to the next stage – Definite Feasibility Study (DFS).

R-TEK Group (Australia) was the Study Manager for the PFS, other professional consultants involved were AMC Consulting (UK), Metso Outotec (Finland), Knight Piesold Limited (UK), CDM Engineering (Ukraine), and North Coast Consulting (UK).

The results of the PFS confirm that the Polokhivske project is economically viable, describe optimal mining and recovery methods selected for the project development, as well as present comprehensive overview of all other relevant infrastructure required for the project launch.
